How far in advance should I book my event?

We recommend booking as early as possible to ensure your date is secured. For Corporate Catering, 1–2 weeks is usually sufficient, while Upscale Events and weddings often book 6–12 months in advance. However, feel free to reach out for last-minute inquiries—we’ll always do our best to accommodate you!

Can you handle dietary restrictions and allergies?

Absolutely. Our culinary team is experienced in preparing delicious options for gluten-free, vegan, vegetarian, and dairy-free guests, as well as managing specific nut or shellfish allergies. Just let us know your requirements during the planning phase.

What is the difference between "Drop-off" and "Full-Service"?

Drop-off includes high-quality food delivery and setup in disposable or returnable containers—perfect for casual office lunches. Full-service includes professional waitstaff, table setting, on-site food management, and complete cleanup, allowing you to focus entirely on your guests.

Do you provide event rentals like tables, linens, and glassware?

Yes! As part of our Event Management service, we can coordinate all necessary rentals to match your theme. From elegant linens for upscale weddings to practical setups for seminars, we handle the logistics so you don’t have to juggle multiple vendors.

Is there a minimum guest count or order value?

We cater to events of all sizes! While some specific menu packages have a minimum guest count (typically 10–15 for corporate orders), we offer flexible service options to fit intimate private gatherings as well.

What is your cancellation policy?

We understand that plans can change. Cancellations made 30 days prior to the event typically receive a full refund of the deposit (minus any non-refundable admin fees). For late-notice cancellations, please refer to your specific service contract for tiered refund details.
